  • Transaction and financial records: 7 years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AML legislation.
  • KYC documents: 5 years from the date of Account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
  • Customer support communications: 3 years from the date of the interaction.

7.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Anonymised data (which cannot be used to identify you) may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes without time limit.

10.1 If lvp888 discovers or is made aware that a person under the age of 21 has created an Account and provided personal data, we will immediately suspend the Account, reverse any transactions where practicable, and securely delete all personal data associated with that Account without undue delay.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, lvp888 will notify affected Members in accordance with applicable data breach notification requirements.

12.1 lvp888 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or our gaming licence obligations. When material amendments are made, we will notify registered Members by email or through a prominent notice on the lvp888 Platform at least 14 days before the amendments take effect.
