These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lvp888 platform, including all games, betting services, account features, promotions, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account with lvp888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To be eligible to register an Account with lvp888, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be the individual whose personal details you provide during registration; (c) not be registered as a self-excluded player with lvp888 or any connected gaming platform; (d) not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of lvp888 or any of its licensed game providers.
2.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad) or passport number, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the lvp888 Platform at any given time. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
2.4 lvp888 reserves the right to require identity verification documents (including but not limited to a copy of the Member's Malaysian MyKad, passport, and/or proof of address) at any point following registration and in particular before processing any withdrawal request. Members who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their Account suspended.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lvp888 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and lvp888 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
3.2 You agree to notify lvp888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. lvp888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation or from your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
3.3 lvp888 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Member's browser and the Platform servers. Members are encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication for additional account protection.
4.1 All deposits to a lvp888 Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment instruments owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed or confiscated at lvp888's discretion.
4.2 lvp888 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfer. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment instrument that: (a) is registered in the Account holder's own name; and (b) has been used to fund the Account on at least one prior occasion, or has been separately verified by lvp888's compliance team. lvp888 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal processing times for fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to one (1) business day for bank transfer methods. lvp888 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 lvp888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or audit of wagering activity where bonus funds are involved.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the lvp888 Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. lvp888 will not accept claims for refunds or reversals of wagers based on Member error after the wager has been confirmed by the system.
5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, erroneous odds, or system error during the placement or settlement of a wager, lvp888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account. The decision of lvp888 in such matters is final and binding.
5.3 Maximum payout limits apply to all betting products on the lvp888 Platform. Specific limits for each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots) are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.4 Where lvp888 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has placed bets in a manner designed to abuse promotions, exploit system errors, or circumvent risk management controls, lvp888 reserves the right to void such bets and/or restrict the Member's Account.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the lvp888 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a lvp888 Account must be wagered at a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Certain game categories (including but not limited to progressive jackpot games and certain live dealer variants) may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution calculations.
6.3 lvp888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable cause to do so, including where it suspects abuse of a promotional offer.
6.4 A Member may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Participation in a promotion using multiple Accounts, or participation by a Member whose Account has been restricted, is prohibited.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvp888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 Where lvp888 identifies or reasonably suspects a Member of engaging in any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 7.1, it may immediately suspend or permanently close the Member's Account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit any Balance held in the Account, and report the activity to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content published on the lvp888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, game software, graphic design elements, text, and user interface components — is the exclusive property of lvp888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants a Member any right, title, or licence to any intellectual property of lvp888 or its partners beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
8.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content obtained from the lvp888 Platform without the prior written consent of lvp888.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lvp888 shall not be liable to any Member for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services.
9.2 lvp888's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member to their lvp888 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit lvp888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.1 lvp888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members: (a) voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) cooling-off periods; (d) self-exclusion for a defined period ranging from 30 days to 5 years, or indefinitely. These tools can be activated through the Account settings or by contacting lvp888 support.
10.2 A Member who has activated a self-exclusion period on their lvp888 Account may not be re-registered as a Member until the self-exclusion period has fully expired and a formal request for reinstatement has been reviewed and approved by lvp888's responsible gaming team. lvp888 reserves the right to refuse reinstatement at its discretion.
10.3 The lvp888 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Members are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not gain access to their Account credentials or devices on which their lvp888 Account is logged in.
11.1 lvp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) lvp888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) lvp888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) the Member requests voluntary self-exclusion.
11.2 Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the Member's last verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification requirements.
11.3 A Member may voluntarily close their lvp888 Account at any time by contacting lvp888 customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds at the time of closure.
12.1 lvp888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, lvp888 will provide Members with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Where amendments are non-material (such as minor corrections or clarifications), they may take effect immediately upon publication.
12.2 Your continued use of the lvp888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact lvp888 support to arrange closure of your Account.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lvp888 holds its primary operating licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and lvp888 arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, the Member should first contact lvp888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. lvp888 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution designated by lvp888's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
